Our Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wading Gear (due to personal safety considerations)
- Any used or customized products
- Products without original packaging or tags

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address (based on your location)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns, customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
